Guanavenas Lodge

The Guanavenas Lodge offers the comforts of a first-class hotel with the natural wonders and adventure of the jungle. Located 300 km from Manaus on the Urubu River (one of the Amazon River’s tributaries), the hotel is located on Ilha de Silves, home to the Guanavenas indigenous group until the 17th century. The hotel offers many tour packages ranging in time and focus, all of which include excursions with English-speaking guides. The Lodge’s location makes it perfect for nature hikes, piranha fishing, alligator and dolphin spotting, canoeing, and visits to local indigenous communities. Packages include meals, activities, and transportation to and from the hotel and Manaus.
In addition to exciting outdoor activities, the Guanavenas Lodge has a swimming pool, game room, and volleyball court available for guests’ entertainment. The restaurant serves excellent Brazilian and international cuisine, and the bar is the perfect place to unwind after an active day in the Amazon.
Rooms at the Guanavenas Lodge are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The 44 guestrooms offer air conditioning, private bathrooms, electric showers with hot water, a mini-bar, and personal verandas.
