The Iberostar Grand Amazon is a luxury ship that takes guests on an exciting and breathtaking cruise along the Rio Negro and Amazon River. Providing total comfort and excellent service, the guest is sure to have an unforgettable Amazon vacation. After departing from Manaus, the ship makes stops at locations along the Amazon jungle, offering excursions to explore the dense, untouched vegetation. Stays on the Iberostar Grand Amazon are all-inclusive, encompassing meals, beverages, activities both on and off the ship, and English-speaking guides. Among the many tourist activities offered are jungle treks, visits to the pink dolphins, piranha fishing, and sunrise bird watching. When not participating in excursions, guests can take advantage of the ship’s luxury facilities. The ship offers two pools, a Jacuzzi, fitness center, and game room for entertainment. Evening activities include live music and dancing, and the bar is a perfect place to unwind after a full day. In addition, there are two restaurants on board, serving Brazilian and international cuisine. The ship has 72 cabins and 2 Royal suites. Navigation to Puduarí River.
Day 3 – Bird watching. Sunrise. Breakfast. Tender cruise Puduarí River. Theme Lecture. Return to ship. Navigation to Jacaré Island. Lunch. Theme lecture. Photo Safari at Igarapé Aturiá. Sunset with classical music. Navigation to Cuieiras River. Dinner. Music in the party room and open bar.
Day 4 – Arrival at Cuieiras River. Sunrise. Breakfast. Trekking or photo safari at Cuieiras River and visit to Cambebas Community. Navigation to Praia Grande (Anavilhanas Archipell). Theme Lecture. Navigation Day 2 – Entrance of Rio Manacapuru with a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast. Trekking and photo safari in the Manacapuru region or boat excursion through Igarapes and Igapos. Return to ship. Continue the trip to Lake Jacaré. Lunch. Theme Lecture. Reaching Lake Jacaré. Piranha fishing tour or Bird watching at Lake Rei. Sunset. Dinner. Alligator spotting. Music in the Lua room and open bar on the sundeck. Navigation to Lake Janauacá. Day 3 – Janauacá reaching – Breakfast. Bird watching. Photo Safari or trekking tour (2 trails). Return to the ship.
