The kiosk is located in one of the most peaceful and pleasant spots on Rio's coastline, surrounded by the Barra sea and the Marapendi Lagoon. The establishment offers bathrooms, rain and wind protection, ambient music, mobile charging options, and reservations for birthdays, barbecues, and events. Its distinguishing feature is the warm and attentive service, generating customer loyalty, as well as offering quality food at affordable prices.
The kiosk’s cuisine is quite diverse. Highlights include the sun-dried beef or carne seca with manioc – one of the only kiosks along the coast to offer it – and the hake fillet. Inspired by European beach clubs and surf spots, K08 was one of the first to bring an infrastructure focused on promoting user experience.
Menu highlights include Hawaiian classics like pokes, wraps, and starters like ceviche and carpaccio in salmon, meat, and octopus flavors. The kiosk also offers an executive lunch menu, Monday to Friday, a children's menu, and a weekend breakfast buffet. There are organic, vegan, and gluten and lactose-free food options.
