Copacabana is more than just a postcard of Rio de Janeiro: it’s a way of life. Strolling along the promenade, feeling the ocean breeze, and choosing a great spot to sit, eat, and watch the world go by are all part of the experience. It’s within this setting that Copacabana’s beachfront kiosks stand out, offering a diverse culinary scene, comfort, and an unforgettable view.

Areia MPB

Photo: Disclousure / orlario.com.br

The Areia MPB kiosk is a space where Brazilian Popular Music (MPB) shines on the sands of Copacabana. Located between Lifeguard Stations 02 and 03, very close to the Copacabana Palace, the venue embraces the motto: “Lightness like a wave in the sea.”

Part of the same group behind Ginga and Samba Social Clube, the kiosk arrives on Rio’s iconic beachfront as a new cultural and musical hotspot, blending the beauty of Copacabana’s shoreline with the highly acclaimed MPB. And of course, everything is done with a lot of love.

Come enjoy this place, a true tribute to Brazil’s musical heritage — from Timbalada to Gal, Robertos, Erasmos, and Ivetes… neighbors of Gil and Benjor. Anything goes here, and if any doubts arise, we’ll call the “building manager” Tim Maia, a friend of the kiosk.

AmoЯ

A small piece of Rome has arrived on Rio’s beachfront! The AmoЯ kiosk brings an authentic and unforgettable Mediterranean culinary experience, delivering the essence of Italian cuisine right on Copacabana Beach, near Lifeguard Station 3.

Located in the heart of Rio de Janeiro, the venue stands out for its homemade pasta preparations. Committed to creating a special Carbonara, the team uses fresh ingredients, including authentic guanciale (cured pork cheek), Pecorino Romano cheese, and eggs sourced from local farms.

Another highlight is the pizza selection: the chefs have elevated the experience by introducing the traditional and exclusive Pinsa Romana recipe — an absolute novelty in Brazil. These pizzas are made with a special blend of flours and sourdough starter, resulting in lightness, crispness, and high digestibility. This is achieved through 72 hours of natural fermentation and a high hydration level. They are topped with fresh, flavorful ingredients that perfectly complement the golden, crunchy crust.

In addition, the venue offers an extensive wine list for tasting. Guests who wish to further enhance their experience can explore exclusive pairings with dishes prepared to the highest quality standards.

Finally, the opening also introduced several other highlights, such as delicious desserts and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
